How to uninstall Paint.NET from a Windows computer.

Search for the Control Panel.
Under the Programs icon, select Uninstall a program.
Sort by alphabetical order by clicking on Name at the top of the list.
Find Paint.NET in the list.
Right-click.
Select Uninstall.
Windows might take a while to uninstall the program.
When it's done, refresh the programs list, and you will see that Paint.NET is gone.

Open the image.
Choose the appropriate selection tool from the upper left of the toolbox.
Select the part of the image you want to blur.
Go to Effects > Blurs > Unfocus.
Move the slider to select the amount of blur.
You can also use Pixelate under the Distort menu.
Deselect the selection using the blue box and red X button in the toolbar.
After performing one blur, there is an option at the top of the Effects menu to repeat the blur.

Save the two links and edit code to make changes later on.
Optionally, you can email the important information to yourself.

Click on the network icon on the right side of the taskbar next to the time.
Find the Wi-Fi network that you are connected to.
Right-click on the name of the network.
Choose Show estimated data usage.
If you click on the network again, it will show the estimated data usage over the last 60 days.
There is also a reset button that can be used at any time.
