CamStudio: Recording Settings for Low-End Computers

How to set the recording settings on CamStudio to accommodate for low-performance computers while still producing high-quality video:

1. Open the Region menu and select Full Screen.
2. Open the Options menu.
3. Select Video Options.
4. Set the compressor to Microsoft Video 1 and the quality to 100, with Set Key Frames Every 100 frames.
5. Under Framerates, set Capture Frames Every 5 milliseconds and the Playback Rate to 200 frames/second.
6. Deselect the Auto Adjust box.
7. Click OK.
8. Open the Options menu.
9. Select Do not record audio.
10. Make sure Options -> Program Options -> Save settings on exit is checked to save these settings.
