Microsoft Word 2016: How to Export a Document to a PDF File

How to export a document to a PDF file in Microsoft Word 2016:
  1. Go to File → Export.
  2. Select Create PDF/XPS Document on the left. It should be the default selection.
  3. Press the Create PDF/XPS button.
  4. Choose where to save the document and click Publish.
