Windows 8: How to Open PowerShell

Windows PowerShell is an administrative tool that utilizes command line functions. This tutorial describes how to open the PowerShell in Windows 8.

1. Right-click on the taskbar.
2. Go to the Navigation tab.
3. In the Corner navigation, check the third box. This replaces the command prompt with PowerShell when you right-click on the start button.
4. Right-click on the start button and select Windows PowerShell.
