How to download and install Paint.NET - a free photo editing software.
- Visit http://www.dotpdn.com/downloads/pdn.html.
- If that link does not work, visit http://www.getpaint.net/ and find the download from there.
- Click the download link on the right.
- Save the installer.
- Run the installer. (You must open it using something like WinRAR.)
- Leave all settings at their defaults, and press next to get through the installer.
- When it's finished, you will have the option of running Paint.NET.
