Paint.NET 4.0: How to Check for Updates

How to check for updates in Paint.NET version 4.0.

1. Open Paint.NET.
2. In the upper-right corner, click the gear icon to open the Settings. If the icon is not there, use Alt + X.
3. Navigate to Updates on the left side.
4. Click the Check Now button.
5. You can also check the above box to have Paint.NET automatically check for updates.
