- Go to https://myaccount.google.com.
- Sign in using your email and password.
- Under Account preferences, go to Delete your account or services.
- Select Delete products.
- Enter your password again.
- Click the trash can icon next to YouTube.
- Select I want to permanently delete my content, check the box, and click the Delete my content button.
- Verify your email in the pop-up window and click Delete my content.

How to delete a YouTube account that is under an email address (not a Google+ page). Make sure you are using Google as the email and not a Google+ page by clicking on the profile picture in the upper-right corner.
